Its global forays include Singapore Mercantile Exchange (SMX), Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX), Bahrain Financial Exchange (BFX), Global Board of Trade (GBOT) in Mauritius, and Bourse Africa in Botswana. The Group also promoted MCX Stock Exchange (MCX-SX) in India. MCX-SX has leadership in exchange-traded currency futures and is now majority-held (89%) by a large number of financial institutions and banks in the public and private sectors.
